CANCELLATION & RETURNS

1. Any refund, exchange or return for any custom-made garments is not accepted by AMAZAE. Nonetheless, refunds and cancellations are permitted within 24 hours of booking/providing payment details to AMAZAE. The reason for this policy is that once a confirmation is made, production commences subsequently thus these expenses are incurred by AMAZAE as part of the creation process.

2. For new customer of any custom-made pieces, there will be two or three fitting sessions appointed, depending on the needs of the product made. Therefore, there is a chance that the fit and the look would not be one hundred percent (100%) perfect during the FIRST fitting session. The needs for alteration, finishing and adjustment of the product is necessary. Any incorrect measurement does not qualify as production error.

3. AMAZAE is fully committed in terms of giving the best bespoke experience to our clients, therefore AMAZAE always with each client to achieve a solution. To that extent, AMAZAE offers complimentary alteration and will reconstruct a new garment if it is deemed unalterable by our staff, if required. Nonetheless, although customer’s satisfaction is a top priority for AMAZAE, it is impossible to measure a client’s satisfaction relative to his/her expectations and those of our expert clothiers. Thus, client’s complete satisfaction for our products and/or services are beyond our assurance. For this reason, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for any unsatisfactory consequences.

4. All deposit, payment and product are considered TERMINATED after six (6) months upon receiving no response from the client, surpassing any date of delivery of our product.
