TERM & CONDITION

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. All transactions made are via Online Transfer Payment. The customer receives confirmation of payment once payment details are accepted, and the ordering process is concluded.

2. Deposit of 80% from total price for the pieces ordered is to be received by AMAZAE before the booking can be processed. A deposit is required upon confirmation of booking. All prices are quoted and payable in MYR, SGD & BND.

DELIVERY TIME

1. The estimated delivery time for a CUSTOM-MADE garment is between 4 to 5 months. In rare cases the delivery might be subject to influences beyond our control, such as fabric availability or natural disasters. In those cases, delivery might take slightly longer period.
